New glass entry and canopy provide
a revived Bronx street presence for the
Mosholu Montefiore Community Center.
The expanded and renovated lobby
introduces handicap-accessible
conveniences and a much needed
elevator. Granite flooring and floating
ceiling panels help up-lift the interior
of this bustling, not-for-profit,
community center, while referencing
the design of the original 1950’s building.
The next phase will include the addition
of a third floor for day-care classrooms.
