The expansion of the existing
Asia Plaza at the Bronx Zoo includes
cultural references from many Eastern
countries. New brightly bannered
structures define the plaza and
walkways and are used in the
construction of the new aviary and
entry to the Jungle World. A large
bas-relief fountain provides a cooling
focus in the summer.
