Along Manhattan’s East River,
new life has been given to an outdated
model apartment to showcase 1470 unit
apartments in Waterside Plaza’s
2.5-acre residential complex. To show off
the 2 bedroom-2 bath apartment, the
architects chose colors and materials
to create a rich and comfortable, yet
affordable, impression that would best
appeal to the prospective renters.
Because the apartment had to double
as a leasing office, the architects chose
a home-office look for the dining room,
adding new lighting and closing off
the kitchen.
