ROW HOUSE RESTORATION
ROW HOUSE RESTORATION
This 1880’s row house is located on
an historic block in Brooklyn.
Re-introducing traditional 19th
century brownstone details restores
the classic charm, despite the
removal of the stoop many years earlier.
The gut renovation began with the
basement and finished with a new green
roof. While many of the original details
and character are restored, modern
features are also added for comfort and
for showcasing. Included are a
copper-clad bulkhead entry to the
green roof and deck; custom desk in
the study; master bath with a curb-less
shower,flanked by floating vanities.
Tying the floors together is the
restored staircase.
